Welcome! I'm so glad you stopped by. Painted Verse Studio is a gift from God born out of a sagging economy. When I suddenly found myself with free time in January of 2009 I decided it was a gift, not a curse. I wanted to fill my time with something I hadn't done in 20+ years. Paint.

For me it is a  journey. An exploration of my creative side and an exploration of who God is. My paintings are inspired by nature where I most readily find God. My paintings are also an exploration of God's word. Not only for me as I search for verses, but hopefully for you as you read the stories that surround each verse I have chosen.
